Notification of acceptance
Notifications of acceptance or rejection of the original submission has been sent out. If you have not recieved your notification, please contact eaaci2012abstract@congrex.com.

Abstract regulations
• Abstracts can only be submitted electronically on the Congress website
• It is allowed to be the presenting author of more than one abstract
• It is allowed to be a co-author of an unlimited number of abstracts
• Submission of closely related abstract from the same group is discouraged
• Abstracts will only be considered for presentation if they are not published or submitted for presentation elsewhere
• All abstracts must be written and presented in English
• It is the presenting author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract

Presentations of abstracts
The accepted abstracts will be presented in Oral Abstract Sessions, Poster Disussion Sessions and
Thematic Poster Sessions.

Publication of abstracts
Accepted abstracts will be published  on a CD-ROM and on the Internet.

EAACI abstract award
All abstract presenters automatically enter the competition for the EAACI abstract award of EUR
200. The winners will be announced on-site, on the evening of the day of presentation. All awardees will be acknowledge on the Congress web-site. The awards will be given electronically after the Congress.

Registration
The presenting author of an abstract must register for the Congress by 30 March 2012. Until this date the presenting author is offered a prolonged “Early fee”. All presenting authors must be registered before this date in order to publish their abstract in the abstract publications and the Congress programme.

The registration fee may be refunded if the abstract is rejected.
