EAACI-SSAI Basic Science Exhibition

General Information
The annual Swiss Society of Allergy and Immunology (SSAI) meeting will in 2012 be held in conjunction with the EAACI Congress 2012.
A separate one day exhibition will be organised on Saturday, 16 June 2012 in the foyer of Room A, where the annual meeting will be held.
The European Meeting of Allergy Nurses and PAPRICA - Prime Allergy for Primary Care Physicians will take place in the adjacent halls on the same day (Room B and C).

The exhibition will be open during the following periods:
07.00-10.00 - Build up **
10.00-17.00 - Exhibition Working Hours

Costs
Exhibition space only rental price (free-build space):
6 Sqm. free build stand cost EUR 3120
4 Sqm. free build stand cost EUR 2080

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Attendance at the Opening Ceremony
Coffee during the programme coffee breaks

Shell Scheme Packages
Shell scheme packages will be available, in sizes ranging from 4 sqm to 12 sqm. Shell
schemes are fully set up by the Congress, and exhibitors need only to decorate their
stands. Shell scheme furniture and equipment depend on the size of the stand ordered,
but normally include:
2-3 sides of Octanorm panels, depending on stand location
Chairs, Table, Lights, Fascia signage, Wastepaper basket
Electricity outlet (general electricity is included in the shell scheme package cost during
opening hours)
Shell schemes can be further customised by ordering additional furniture.

Reservations are made on a “first come first served” basis.

The exhibition will be held in the foyer of Room A, B and C at the Palexpo.

Wooden floors.
Build height: 2,5m. No rigging is allowed.
