Meals Coffee/tea is included in the registration fee and will be served during the official hours listed in the Programme. Two large catering areas are located in Hall 1 together with two coffee areas. One coffee area is available in the foyer of Room A, B and C where the EAACI-SSAI Exhibition will be held on Saturday, 16 June 2012. There will also be a coffee area located by the Jura, Mont Blanc, Cervin, Salève and the Q,R,S,T, U rooms. In the west part of the main entrance you will find "Le Restaurant”. Mobile Phone Policy Please respect the Congress policy and silence mobile phones in all meeting rooms and in the exhibition and poster areas. Also, please respect that it is not allowed to take any pictures during sessions in the meeting rooms.
Name Badges Your personal badge is your entrance ticket to all sessions and the exhibition area. Please remember to always wear your badge in the Congress venue. If you have lost your badge, a new one can be purchased, against proof of your original registration, from the New Registration/Cashier desk at a cost of EUR 60.
Parking There is a large car park located under Palexpo, with easy access to the Congress venue. Note that delegates must pay to use this facility.
Photographing and Recording Please respect that it is not allowed to take any pictures or to make any other forms of electronic recording during the sessions in the meeting rooms. An official photographer is hired for the entire event. Photos will be available for downloading on the Congress website Poster Exhibition Thematic posters are displayed in the poster exhibition area in Palexpo. They are divided into three poster groups; Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Posters will be displayed during the full days, and presenting authors will be standing by their posters during lunch hours.
Prayer Room There is a Prayer Room located in the Villa Sarasin.

EAACI-SSAI Symposium Registration The EAACI-SSAI Basic Science Symposium on 16 June addresses Swiss doctors and scientists and all Congress delegates wishing to attend. The programme includes coffee. A reduced fee for students and people in training basic science or medicine applies. An official letter identifying them as such must be submitted with the registration. The ”EAACI-SSAI Symposium only fee” does not include any other activities except for the Opening Ceremony. For those delegates who wish to attend the EAACISSAI Symposium and the entire Congress, the “EAACI Member/Non-member fees” and all its services apply. Pre-registration required.
PAPRICA Programme Registration The PAPRICA (Prime Allergy for Primary Care Physicians) Programme on 16 June addresses primary care physicians and all Congress delegates wishing to attend. The programme includes coffee. The ”PAPRICA Programme only fee” does not include any other activities except for the Opening Ceremony. For those delegates who wish to attend the PAPRICA Programme and the entire Congress, the “EAACI Member/Non-member fees” and all its services apply. Pre-registration required. Patient Organisations Workshop Registration The Patient Organisations Workshop on Monday 18 June addresses patients and all Congress delegates wishing to attend. In order to register for the “Patient Organisations Workshop only fee” and the “reduced Congress fee”, a membership certificate from a patient organisation must be submitted with the registration. Neither the “Patient Organisations Workshop registration only fee”, nor the “reduced Congress fee” entitle patients to enter the Exhibition area.
Primary Care Day The Primary Care Day on 17 June addresses General Practitioners. Included in the Primary Care Day is the Symposium “Allergy management in a primary care setting”, lunch and a summit after lunch. In order to register for the Primary Care Day, a General Practitioners ID or an official letter identifying them as such must be submitted with the registration.
Allied Health Workshop and business meeting Allied Health Workshop and business meeting on 18 June addresses nurses and dieticians. In order to register, a letter from the home institution which validates the appropriate credentials must be submitted with the registration.
Student Registration PhD students, MD students or fellows in training under the age of 35 are eligible for the student fee. Student status must be certified by a Head of Department and a copy of an ID card or passport must be submitted with the registration. This also applies to students and assistant doctors attending the EAACI-SSAI Symposium only.
