Payment should be made in advance by one of the following methods:

1. American Express, Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard may be used for all payments.
Your event is being organised by Congrex Sweden AB www.congrex.com To meet with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and to further enhance the security of your credit card transaction when making your online booking you will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted solution via DIBS (payment gateway)

For your security, we do not accept your credit card details on hardcopy forms, by email, fax or phone. You will receive a link, by email, which will direct you to the official secure payment gateway DIBS (payment gateway) . You should expect to receive an email from eaaci2012registration@congrex.com which will detail your account overview and include the secure link for payment.

Account balances
All account balances will receive a request for payment, via email from eaaci2012registration@congrex.com which will detail your account overview and include the secure link to our payment suppliers DIBS (payment gateway)
Please ensure that your email address is entered clearly as all correspondence will be by email. To update your contact details please email eaaci2012registration@congrex.com

Bank transfers are not allowed after 16 May 2012.

Please do not forget to indicate the payment reference number 1202/ and the serial number appearing on your confirmation, together with the name of the participant on all money transfers. If you do not have the serial number of the registration, please write the name of the delegate on the payment. 

Admission to the Congress is granted only if Congrex has received the registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the Congress. Failure to present this on request gives Congrex the right to charge the delegate on-site.


Cancellation of Registration
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Congrex Sweden AB. Cancellations will be accepted until 16 April 2012, up to which date the total amount will be refunded less 75 EUR for cancellation fee. We regret that refunds cannot be made for cancellations made after 16 April 2012.

Name change
If you are not able to attend the Congress and you are substituted by a colleague, an administrative fee of EUR 60 will be charged.
